    Wasn't greeted upon entering, not even a smile or wave by the staff member on the phone. Was told to go to the back to service section for a staff member who could help. Bought what I needed and left. Would happily consider buying a new sworks frame for summer, however raised upon this poor experience, it'll be from interstate where customer service goes a long way.

    Awesome service before and after the purchase of my new bike. I will be heading back for all my riding needs. I've had many bad dealings with other bike shops that are just looking at flogging you a bike. Love the new S Works Tarmac, best road bike I've ridden.
